Loved your pictures. I also have had one for over 20 years and it just surprised me with a new addition-a ball shaped pod at the end of one leaf, bright pick in color. Have no idea what this could be, one also showed on another cactus several weeks ago. Would you have any idea what it could be?? Plant is still healthy. Have you ever had this happen to your plant? Thank you.

Your plant is gorgeous. I have one also, it has bloomed twice, the first year it had just one flower, this past year it had 5. Tink1944
