Hi Kelly, I paint also and I happen to come by this album here and I have to say what talent your mother has.God bless her. It's absolutely beautiful, what an artist.Does she sell her Art or does she do it for the pleasure of it like I do.when I do my art it gives my so much peace and tranquility,it's my moment. Please tell her I admire her paintings. As always I truly enjoy your photos you also have an amazing talent that I admire:)Wishing you and yours a Happy Blessed Peaceful Season my friend, warm hugs~Thea

Hello Kelli: It was a delight viewing this album of your Mom's paintings. She's obviously a very talented painter, as you are a photographer. I'll no doubt be downloading some of these paintings, if not tonight, then in a day or 2. It's quite late now. Some of the painting styles shown here, I'm a fan of, and it's apparent your Mom is versatile with her styles. Regards from Ron.

I just noticed your lovely paintings in your album. The Iris is gorgeous. Are these paintings in Oils or Watercolour? I'm considering scanning my paintings on my computer then uploading them to webshots. I paint in oils, acrylics, watercolour. I will not mess with tempra and painting in Gesso is expensive ti say the least. Painting in Gesso however, will make paintings realistic. I don't do mixed media as I'm not good at it but I like to experiment at it. Esperimenting allows you to broaden yor horizons. Should you want to I'm including my E MAIL. I'd very much would like to keep in touch with you. I also noticed the scenic with the flowers in the distance and cottage in the forground. The painting is just as gorgeous as the iris is. Thank you very much for posting these paintings. Alice Arnold My E Mail address is: adelaideartist@sbcglobal. net
