Beautiful Album. As a Native New Mecican, transplanted to the Northwest, I just wanted to tell you what a lovely tribute to a very special place you have made. I have always been fascinated by the history of Santuario, and you have captured the meaning and santicity of Santuario in your pictures. You have been given the gift of telling a story thru picutres. God Bless You. onehotpeppr

Beautiful album. As a Native New Mexican, transplanted to the Northwest, I really do enjoy being able to see the things that I always took for granted when I lived in NM. I have always been interested in the history behind Santuario, and you have captured it beautifully. You have showed in your pictures how very special a place it is. Thank you, Onehotpeppr

Thank you for your lovely addition to my featured "Florida Birds" album, and happy 'shooting' w/your new camera!!!

Bug hugs, Judy aka L@dybug, Florida

Hello Carolyn, I liked your album so much I searched the web for more information on Chimayo. I found this link (http://chimayo.org/history.html) that describes the founding of "El Santuario de Chimayó" because of a healing crucifix dubbed “the miraculous crucifix of Our Lord of Esquipulas” - which must be the basis of all the crucifixes I see in your photographs. The whole story is quite something. Thanks for sharing. EdandHelen/Albuquerque
