These photos are about an annual Portuguese Festival of my hometown. It happens on the second day of May to remember and commemorate those days, when food and other goods were broth from far away places, true dangerous roads by the ALMOCREVES.

  • Hi Domingos, A great album. You've captured the atmosphere of this annual feast very good. I wondered where da Pinha was located and I searched on the internet but it wasn't easy to find. Probably near Estoi, in the Algarve. Is that right? It was good to see the proud Portuguese men on their horses and I like the photos of the dancing and eating together a lot. I hope to go back to Portugal next month, to see the capital of your country. Thanks for your friendly words in my Crete album. I wish you a nice weekend, Tjebbe
