yes i agree with you tankster, beautifull kids but only half of them. Amatures wont know unless you tell them. I hope she didnt take offence to your advice, i know most asian woman do the same thing with a camera, even mine.

I gotta tell ya...this dirves me nuts. When you take a photo of a person, and you are looking through the eyepiece.......when composing the shot....put the person's head at the top of the frame...TOP of the frame. You have such lovely kids, but they are all cut off at the knees! For the most part. Then, if you want to go a step further, don't place your subject smack dab in the middle of the frame....set them off a bit......let your photos tell a story, instead of just showing where your family went. Like the photo with the totem pole....back the girls up closer to the totems....don't try to say it all in one photo...get the girls with the interesting texture of the totems...then if you want to show everybody the totems, then take a pic with just the totems! But who am I .....I've just been making a living at this for 27 years...no need to listen to me
