  • I forgot to say that with these numbers I don't figure in the Webshots list of 'Interesting Members' for my account 'pfjc' which reaches the 7 millions by itself! It is a deep lack of promotion felt as very unjust ! On other hand, the very promoting 10 features I got for my albums have always been selected with great care by Webshots being made or on subjects which have been true passions (Taj Mahal, Clichy my home town,Grand Organs of the World,French Vexin, French Pietas, Corsica Bella and Road back from Corsica, Bavaria, Namibia, Canada Butchards Gardens) or being real gifts on very well selected dates as first of January or Bastille Day the greatest memorial day in France (July 14)!   • Webshots hits milestones for me began with the 10,000 hits reached; I calculated the next by a simple multiplication by 10 so the next one has been 100,000, the next 1,000,000, the next 10,000,000; But I can't decently imagine a next one that should be 100,000,000, goal unreachable in the small laps of time that remains for me!!! It was just a play with numbers which involves nothing different in my future postings as I do that to store and save my pictures outside my computer, to let a trace of my trips, to share my travel experiences with others and perhaps I hope to give the desire of travelling and discovering to younger persons, that's all, Jacques

  • I cannot imagine, with my limited experience on this site, how anyone could amass that many hits. However, with as many beautiful photos you have created, I suspect hits come in droves on a daily basis. Congratulations on reaching an amazing milestone!
