  • This is a beautiful album, very fitting for the season, so close to Easter. Blessings to you and thanks for sharing.

  • Dear Ding, This album is such a fitting offering for the Lenten season we are now observing. The varied compositions in camera angle takes give a sense of dynamism (even movement), regardless of the fact that these are statues. The bible verses you have chosen to describe the photos only deepen the spiritual significance of the images you have captured. Although St Veronica (nor a woman who wiped Christ's face) was never mentioned in the Bible, Catholic tradition mentions of her. But despite this difference, the awesome truth about this station of the cross reveals what Jesus had to go through to secure our (mankind's) salvation. Isaiah 53:5 rings true - "But He was wounded for our transgressions, He was bruised for our iniquities; The chastisement for our peace was upon Him, And by His stripes we are healed." His suffering imprint is forever etched in my mind & heart so that I may never take for granted His great love & sacrifice ... for me. Thank you, Ding, for sharing this deeply meaningful album. I am blessed by it. ~~~Mary Ann

  • I saw this station of the cross in front of the Wind and Sea Catholic chapel in Girard Avenue, La Jolla, CA.
