I loved your picture of the hill- I just got back from Medjugorje, and I didn't climb Cross Mountain, but I did climb Blue Cross at night. I was so busy climbing though I didn't take a picture- so I was able to show your picture to my husband! Although Cross Mountain is much worse to climb, all of the hills are made up of the same substance- rock, rock, and more crumbling rock! And they are so treacherous! All the more so because I'm disabled; I did not have a difficult time coming down thoguh, and it was because a 'woman' helped me. I was scared to death until I saw her off to the side, and she came and started helping me. We walked as if we were on tar, and at the bottom I hugged her, thanked her- and though she smiled at me, she never said a word, but then left. When I started thinking about it I had to stop, sit for at least a half hour, (on the stone wall there, sort of in a dumbfounded state), and then just not talk about it - only to a few people the next day...it was just too special if you know what I mean. Ivan had been on the hill that night and he said the Blessed Mother told him there were Angels all over the hill and there would be many, many healings, (in other words than that). Well, I absolutely believe the Angels were there, because I should never have made it off that hill without being hurt- I could barely walk and was using my cane; people kept pulling on me from all over and I was begging them to stop, (they were pulling my sleeves, the back of my shirt, etc.), and the minute she held my arm, no one else touched me again.... The only problem with going on a pilgrimage to Medjugorje is- you have to come home!!!

Dear Sir or Madam, I represent Gulliver's Travel Associates (GTA), an international travel services provider. We are currently preparing online travel guides to major tourist destinations which we hope will provide useful information for travellers when planning trips abroad. I am currently researching Bosnia and Herzegovina as a destination. During the course of my research I am required to find images of Sarajevo, Banja Luka, Mostar, Medjugorje, Neum, Travnik, Vlasic Mountain, Sutleska National Park, and Bosnia & Herzegovina. I would like to ask you whether you have any images that you could send to me via email, on a CD ROM or that I could take from a website, that I could use, in order to illustrate and promote travel and sightseeing tours in Bosnia and Herzegovina. The images would preferably be in Jpeg format, at resolution 72dpi and of size 360 x 270 pixels. The images will be used on websites created by GTA. Although we do not have the resources to pay for using the image, we will credit your name as the photographer on the image where used, e.g. '© Photograph by ........ All rights and interest in the material will remain with you, the owner of the image. Thank you for your attention and I look forward to your reply. Many thanks and best regards, Marie Marie FABIER Travel Guide Researcher Gullivers Travel Associates 27 Goswell Road London EC1M 7GT United-Kingdom Tel: +44 (0)207-716-2400 (ext. 6671) Fax: +44 (0)207-251-8074 Email: marie.fabier@gta-travel.c om
