All with views of the water. Homes in Bermuda go for millions of dollars. If you are not of Bermudian descent, you cannot buy a home from a Bermudian. You can only buy from a non-Bermudian, and you must pay extra taxes and fees. The prices of groceries on the island is more than in the US, and gas was around $6/gallon. But there are no income taxes!
