There was significant bruising in her hands and the incision looks real messy right now, but Steph was told the resulting scar will look like the other lines in her palm and would not be dramatic. Steph doesn't really care, though. She's just glad to have the carpal tunnel pain GONE and can't wait to regain full use of her hands. She has many things on her "to do" list.

  • Wow... serious business. I may have to have this surgery myself in a couple years (at the rate things are going)... so I learned a couple things from looking at these. Glad everything went smoothly!

  • I almost puked when they removed the stitches, and Jeff almost fainted!!! No needles were used (usually that's the only thing that causes me to blow chunks), but the eerie feeling of those stitches coming out made me all creepy crawly. I still do not like to look at the trenches so I keep these uglies covered with Band Aids.
