The incision itself has healed but the skin is still rejoining. In the meantime, the remaining incision mark looks like a trench. I could have sworn I saw some X-wings and Tie fighters flying through it when I took this photo.

  • the bruising and healing process is what I can best describe as arthritic pain. I am very slowly regaining strength. This morning I actually used a lighter to light some candles around the house. I am still having issues with getting enough torque to open screw-tops, but my grip is slowly coming back.
