Wonderful picture and kudos to webshots for posting it today and thereby proving that this community is beyond borders and differences. Thanks also to all the people from all over the world, of all religions who have stopped here and to wish us today and I wish them in return. It saddens me though that there are some who can view this picture with fear and hatred. All I can say is that you are simply victims of your own media and before you blame an entire community of 1.1 billion people please learn a little about them. I am a muslim, I have been to Makkah a few times, I could have been one of those people present there and to say that all those people would want all the christians dead is the most uneducated and shocking thing I have ever heard. Like everyone else muslims too want peace more than anything else on Earth. It seems ironic that in today's arrangement of the small pics beside the large one on Webshot's main page, the photo of the Islamic celebration is just above the one of NYC with the beams of light representing the missing Twin Towers pointing upward to today's POTD in what might be interpreted as an accusation or merely a reminder. Just an observation.
