This is the Anfiteatro Flavio. It's an Ancient Roman amphitheater..the 3rd largest in Italy after the colloseum and the Anfiteatro in Capua. It's much smaller than our pamplets led us to believe but no less neato. It's a few minutes walk from the train station which was one stop from base. Just sitting there in the middle of the city.
