Album Info:

I admit I never knew about Fossas until I saw the movie Madagascar. (Yeah, I'm a big kid.) Natural predator of the lemur, and living right next door to them in the Madagascar section of the zoo, the fossa is a lovely, long tailed, sleek critter with unusual looking paws.

    • Fossas are actually pretty scary-looking! (Even scarier-acting.) This is a great photo though, I wish I could visit a zoo with a fossa.

    • Hey I'm a big kid too! I loved the movie Madagascar but didn't realize that there were acutally animals called Fossas (thought it was just a cute name made up for movie), really interesting! Thanks for sharing & enlightening us!

    • Very pretty! Yeah, I saw them in Madagascar as well. The movie made them look goofy and ugly. They are quite the opposite in this photo.
