This firehouse was built and opened for business in 1943. Though it served other surrounding neitghborhoods, the city installed it largely on account of the Pine Gardens Neighborhood.

    • My parents took me to this fire station in 1952? We watched the retuns of the voting that elected Eisenhower? The first TV I saw and very exciting.
